Dataspace4Health is a collaboration between NTT DATA, Hôpitaux Robert Schuman, Luxembourg Institute of Health, the University of Luxembourg, Agence eSanté, and Luxembourg National Data Service. The project is aiming to build a health dataspace through interconnecting various stakeholders from the healthcare ecosystem. By creating a secure health dataspace offering Gaia-X compliant services, the project aims to enable new healthcare services and improve patient outcomes, offering securely health data to researchers while preserving data ownership and privacy. DS4H is based on the EU Strategy for Data and the Gaia-X initiative for federated and secure data infrastructure. The project will address multiple aspects at different levels, including business, legal, and technical. This initiative is an innovative step towards the digital transformation of the healthcare sector in Luxembourg and Europe. Follow our page for the latest news and events.

Healthcare sector explores data infrastructure project
On 25 March, several major players in Luxembourg’s healthcare sector announced “Dataspace4Health,” an ecosystem that would interconnect various players. The project is exploratory for now, but its ambitions are big: to secure data and, where possible, improve care (e.g., cancer diagnostics).
First day at the Healthcare Week Luxembourg
It was an honor to connect with Minister Lex Delles to discuss the future of healthcare innovation and data exchange, and the ways the Dataspace4Health project is driving progress in the healthcare sector. Plusieurs acteurs du domaine de la santé ont annoncé, le 25 mars, le lancement du projet DataSpace4Health, destiné à construire un espace de données de santé en interconnectant les différents acteurs de l’écosystème. L’objectif: définir un nouveau modèle, avec l’ambition, à terme, d’améliorer l’état de santé et la prise en charge des patients.
