Low-Level Design for Dataspace4Health and Clinnova Interconnection

This deliverable provides the low-level design for the interconnection between Lux-X DataSpace4Health and the Clinnova research data environment. It consists of four files: the Clinnova REDCap Data Dictionary, the REDCap Codebook, the HealthDCAT-AP metadata file for the future catalogue offering, and a README document explaining the RDF metadata structure. The REDCap files describe the Clinnova source metadata provided to NTT, including study instruments, events, variables, consent and secondary-use fields, clinical observations, laboratory tests, imaging, medication, samples, and follow-up forms. The metadata and README files define how this information can be represented as a structured catalogue offering using DCAT and HealthDCAT-AP, including dataset description, access rights, sensitivity classification, language coverage, geographical coverage, provenance, distribution information, and research purpose. Overall, D9.1 prepares the source-data understanding and machine-readable metadata needed to expose Clinnova dataset information in the Dataspace4Health catalogue in a structured, interoperable, and governance-aware way.
