This document presents the Data Flow Diagrams for the oncology use case within Dataspace4Health. It describes how clinical and genomic data move between healthcare, research, laboratory, and infrastructure actors in Luxembourg, with a focus on precision oncology and the Molecular Tumor Board. The document distinguishes between data flows for primary use, supporting treatment and MTB decision-making, and secondary use, supporting oncology research under EHDS-aligned governance. It identifies the main entities involved, including HRS, LIH, LNS, INC, LNDS, and the SPE Provider, and explains their roles in data collection, sequencing, pseudonymisation, secure processing, genomic analysis, and return of insights. It also defines the main processes and data stores, including EHR systems, sequencing storage, annotation databases, knowledgebases, and secure repositories. Overall, the document provides logical and physical data-flow views that clarify the current fragmented oncology workflow and outline a future digitalized approach for secure, interoperable, and governance-aware oncology data exchange in Luxembourg.
