Holder of a Master’s degree in Digital Law and Business Law, Philippe DELEBARRE-DEBAY, joined Agence eSanté in March 2022 as Junior Jurist.
He previously had experience in the DPO department of a regional public administration in France.
At Agence eSanté, he gained experience in supporting the legal and DPO department on national and European issues relating to digitalisation in health and the legal and regulatory framework of Agence eSanté.
