Dr. Ingrid Vreja, PMP, is an IT Project Manager at the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH), where she currently coordinates the technical stream of the Dataspace4Health initiative. In parallel, she is also actively involved in the Clinnova project, contributing to the coordination and implementation of digital health solutions for personalized medicine.

Ingrid holds a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of Göttingen and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Her career spans research, regulatory affairs, and healthcare technology, with experience at institutions such as the European Commission, European Medicines Agency, Bayer, and Siemens Healthineers. Drawing on her multidisciplinary background in molecular biology, in vitro diagnostics, and quality systems, she bridges scientific, regulatory, and IT domains to deliver impactful healthcare projects.
