Daisy Smet joined Agence eSanté in March 2012, where she is Chief administration and communications officer. She holds a Master degree in translation English-French-Dutch, and a Master Corporate marketing and communication. She started her professional career in the communication department of an international Brussels based bank and then moved to Luxembourg, where she worked for more than 16 years in the financial sector, in the administrative and communication/marketing area. She has been involved in the work for several European collaboration initiatives such as JASeHN and eHAction, and is involved in the MyHealth@EU (formerly CEF eHDSI) programme.
