Doctor in molecular and cellular biology (Ph.D.), Raffaella Vaccaroli joined Agence eSanté in June 2018, as head of the Medical Scientific Publications Division with the aim of promoting the work of Luxembourg’s national eHealth agency within the international scientific and medical community.
Since 2020, she holds the position of Deputy COO. Furthermore, she has accompanied the specification as well as the implementation of the Electronic Vaccination Record (Carnet de Vaccination Electronique (CVE) at the national level in Luxembourg.
In the last 5 years, she has also gained experience in semantic interoperability and in developing strategies to enable the secondary use of health data in a GDPR compliant way.
